Amar comes from an IT background of over 15 years and has diverse real estate experience, an extensive network of seasoned professionals and impressive analytical skills. With his ability to assess investment opportunities with a discerning eye, he can maximize returns while also preserving the principal for our investors. Amar’s expertise in real estate is enhanced by his academic achievements. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Northern Illinois University, where he gained a solid foundation in the principles of engineering and their applications in various industries. Furthermore, he is currently pursuing an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Florida Atlantic University (FAU). This rigorous program is designed to equip him with the latest knowledge and skills necessary to stay on top of the ever-evolving trends in the real estate industry.
Max Shaw
Max Shah is a highly accomplished real estate investor and the founder of ROS Capital, located in Panama City Beach, Florida. With a successful track record spanning back to early 2014, he has built an extensive portfolio of over 500 properties as a General Partner (GP) in various asset classes including multifamily, single-family rentals, short-term rentals, hotels, gas stations, and self-storage facilities. Additionally, he boasts a strong expertise in new construction home development.
